I can't stop crying... Please. I have such a painful headache now. I can't... This was too painful to watch. I read the manga, and I was crying there as well, but this just broke me into a million pieces.
RIP Kumachi. You were the greatest dad the medium has ever seen. Bonney was your child, and she's grateful to you for raising her. HAPPY 10th Birthday, Bonney. Thank you, Kumachi. T_T. I'm writing this as I'm bawling my eyes out. My head hurts...
A pure masterpiece of a story from this show. For the hundredth time, "One Piece, you've moved me once again." Thank you for all the tears.
Kuma was as selfless as it gets, taking the pain and suffering from others just for them to have a better life.
Always being in the background, helping out wherever needed.
What a fantastic backstory on Kuma's involvement in so many events, truly heartbreaking.
The backstory from kuma really move my heart. The sadness of this episode just like when you watching a sad movie. I really like the background music it make that episode emotional score just make you feel the sadness of the character.
I hate you I hate you I hate you so muchhhhhhhh...WHY WAS THAT WHAT BONNEY SAW WHEN SHE ENTERED THAT ROOM??? At first I was confused back when we first saw that, but now I'm crying just as much as she is. 10% of this episode was real content while the rest was flashbacks. But I swear to god this has gotta be the most beautiful, emotional, and out-right heart-wrenching flashbacks I've ever seen. Just the amazing dialogues along with the stunning music pair together to make a grown man cry by the end. Not only is this an elegy for the memories made by Kuma in his past, it's a love letter to all the souls in this planet that have suffered to make this world a better place. Because the memories you make in life are what makes it special. Absolutely beautiful episode. This is why I watch One Piece.

Usually while writing these messages, I type them out as I am watching the episode, with every moment I want to talk about. But, the scene towards the end of the episode is one of those moments that just stopped me. There was nothing to write, and everything to feel T_T.
2 years ago, meaning we are at pre-timeskip!
Kinda odd to see her without the usual lipstick and her golden jewelry
Kuma is hiding from her.
She wants to search for Nika :)
ARLONG PARKKKKKK. Luffy's Battle Axe breaking the year card too
And that's how Jinbe saw Luffy for the first time, with his big brother showing him off :)
Arlong Park, Loguetown, Enies Lobby, Thriller Bark, Sabaody Archipelago, Marineford
My God. I love this. We're watching Luffy's rise through Kuma and Bonney's perspective. We've come so far that Luffy's story that we saw unfold is now part of a flashback. Vegapunk got to hear about Luffy prior to meeting him too. And Kuma sees the similarities of Luffy with Nika!
Nothing Happened once again.
And I think that was the same scene being repeated from Sabaody all the way back when Bonney was first introduced. Kuma was watching her for the last time at that point..
Luffy is fulfilling Kuma's wish. And Kuma is watching from the shadows at all times!
We even get to see one of the most heartbreaking moments from back then. Luffy crying because he couldn't save his crewmates.
That was strange. The One Piece logo just came on in the middle of the episode. Did they use that instead of eyecatchers?
I love the fact that Kuma sees Nika in Luffy to his last moments. "Today is the last day of your freewill" Damn.
The ED also seemed to change.
I bawled and cried my eyes out.
The montage that starts about Kuma's life from the start, it shows everything that happened, all the happiness, all the sorrow, all the people. Life is such a beautiful yet tragic thing. And even more so for Kuma. The Kuma run was everything.
"To live is to trouble others. But your death will be trouble for everyone who loves you. You are the hero for Bonney and everyone." says Vegapunk crying so much.
All the footage being in this filter, and accompanied with this great music. There's only one word define this episode:
